Catering encourages the following when selecting a menu:

1.        Choose between buffet or sit-down style service

2.        Limit your entrée selection to 2-3 choices, pick one side item and one salad choice for
your guests to receive.  If you would like more options than this, you will need to order
sit-down style service and each additional option will cost extra.

3.  Call or email our sales team to get the best pricing!!!  We want to do our best to help you
have an event with a beautiful setting, delicious food and a reasonable price!

Victoria’s Filet

Prime Minister’s Prime Rib
Slow cooked and sliced to order, served with au jus
8, 12,  or 16 oz. cut

Ayers Rock Strip
12 oz. New York Strip.

Outback Rack
A 14 oz. rack of New Zealand lamb served with a Cabernet sauce.

Jackaroo Chops
Two 8 oz. center cut pork chops, served with cinnamon apples.

Mixed Grill
Seasoned sirloin steak & grilled pineapple, red onions, peppers, ‘shrooms, and zucchini served bed of seasoned rice.  
Can also be served with Chicken, Shrimp, Salmon, or Veggies only.

Ribs on the Barbie
1/2 rack or full rack of imported baby back ribs, smoked and grilled.



POULTRY SELECTIONS

Chicken on the Barbie
Fresh, seasoned breast of chicken, served with homemade barbecue sauce.

Alice Springs Chicken
8 oz. Grilled and seasoned chicken breast and bacon smothered in mushrooms,
melted Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, with honey mustard sauce.

Cyclone Chicken
Grilled chicken breast loaded with mushrooms, smoked ham, sun-dried tomatoes,
fresh basil and Alfredo sauce.  Topped with a blend of three cheeses.

Battered and breaded shrimp fried to a golden brown.
Served with Aussie chips, tartar and Aboriginal fire sauces.
